Modern hotel, brand new with fresh furnishings. Nice breakfast with brewed coffee, porridge, fresh bread, cheese, vegetables. Friendly staff, although service can be slow. Spacious rooms with TVs in the living room and bedroom, ample furniture, and 1.5 baths. Convenient location near AstanaHub and a shopping center within walking distance. Airport service is good.

My recent stay at the hotel was great. The room was new and fresh, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was fabulous, with delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it a great choice for travelers in between flights. it is just a short walk from the Mega Silkway mall, providing easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and capable. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly made food available.
The hotel is situated in an area with limited attractions and not much to do for tourists.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was fantastic, with a shopping mall close by and it was only a short drive from the airport. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service was excellent. I also appreciated the amenities, like the in-room coffee maker and the terrace with garden furniture.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of freshly made food to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with a separate sitting area which was a great bonus.
The hotel was a bit far from the city's attractions, but since taxi fares are affordable in Nur-Sultan, it wasn't a major issue. The outside area could have been better cleared of snow and ice, but it seems to be a common problem in the city.
